At Kirkland UK, we are strengthening our long-term commitment to customer support with a significant investment in our aftersales operation, including the appointment of a new Service Manager, Nick Ralph.
"With 27 years of experience in the industry, I have a strong passion for working with farmers and understanding their individual needs. I’m excited to bring my knowledge and expertise to Kirkland, helping to strengthen and grow the service team within a family-run company that values a personal, customer-focused approach. We’re proud to offer a fully equipped workshop to ensure the highest standard of service and support."
Nick Ralph, Service Manager

Nick joins us with a clear focus on keeping our customers’ machinery performing at its best, reducing downtime, and ensuring fast, effective support throughout the season. This exciting addition reflects our belief that reliable aftersales backup is just as important as the machinery itself.
Alongside this change, our well-known and highly respected former Service Manager, Dave Allen, is transitioning into a Sales and Technical Support role.
“With over ten years as Service Manager at Kirkland and a lifetime in agricultural servicing behind me, this feels like the right time to take on a new challenge. I understand how critical reliable machinery is during the season. In my new role, I’ll be focused on sharing that knowledge with customers and supporting them in getting the very best from their machinery.”
Dave Allen, Sales & Technical Support

As UK specialists in fruit-growing and vineyard machinery, we remain heavily invested in aftersales service, technical expertise, and long-term customer support.
"We firmly believe we are only as strong as our backup." said Scott Worsley, Managing Director. "When our customers depend on their machinery at critical times, our approach ensures they have the right people, expertise, and support to keep everything running as it should."
We support our customers with a fully equipped parts store, ensuring fast access to the parts needed to keep machines working at peak performance.
