All orders are accepted and goods supplied only on the basis of Kirkland UK full terms and conditions of sale which are available upon request.

Kirkland UK is open from 7:30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday so orders placed outside these times will not be reponded to until the next working day.

Kirkland UK reserves the right to levy a 15% handling charge on goods that were correctly supplied but subsequently returned. Goods ordered specially may not be returned for credit.

In the event of goods being damaged or there being any shortages Kirkland UK or the carrier must be notified immediately with confirmation in writing within 7 days, or any claims may be void and unenforceable.

Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the customer until full payment has been made and, in the case of non-payment, we shall be entitled to repossess goods.

Kirkland UK shall not in any way be liable for consequential loss or damage claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever arising in respect of products supplied by the company.

Kirkland UK shall not be liable for damage to goods or injury to persons resulting from negligent or improper use or handling of goods by the customer, his employees or agents, or members of the general public.
